Flat fees are for parking lots, not medical billing.
A billing company should not make money while your AR keeps aging. MedHeave only charges based on collected revenue, which keeps our incentive tied directly to your collections, not by the number of claims we submit.
We do not charge for promises or lock practices into long-term agreements. If we are doing the work properly, our performance should be the reason you stay.
Our pricing plan
Every practice operates differently, and our rate reflects that. It ranges from 4% to 7% of collections based on practice size and specialty, and scope of work involved.
The exact percentage of collections is confirmed during onboarding once there is a clear picture of what the work actually looks like.
Not credentialed with payers yet?
We manage the entire credentialing process for $250 per application, including CAQH, PECOS, payer enrollment, and follow-up through final approval.
Most applications are completed within 90-120 days, though payer timelines vary. We actively follow up until a final determination is issued.
*In jurisdictions where percentage-based billing agreements are restricted, pricing will be offered as a flat monthly rate based on your average collections from the previous six months.
